Dr. Wissam Wahdan, founder of the Westak Clinic Center for Plastic Surgery, said that he is working with the latest methods in the world currently in tightening the sagging of the face and neck, Where it became easier and more effective.
The modern method works to tighten and sculpt facial features with fat transplantation to restore fatty tissue, as it works to tighten the muscles under the skin that occur in cases of sagging and muscle looseness with the increase in age, as the skin becomes more loose and saggy, and this skin and flabby fat will form for tomorrow.
Dr. Wissam Wahdan added that the full face-lift operation makes a surgical incision along the ear, up and toward the hair, in which the excess skin is removed, where the wound is not completely visible.
As for the eyelid lift, Wahdan confirmed that he performs the upper eyelid surgery first, by making an incision along the natural inclination of the eyelid. As for the lower eyelid, the incision is made directly below the eyelashes area, and the next step is to remove the excess skin and some of the fatty and muscle tissues located under the skin. Then, the incision is sutured with a very thin thread that fits with the skin, leaving no scars at all.
Where Dr. Wahdan confirmed that these operations occur without any pain or leaving any trace, as they depend on local anesthesia where the patient is completely conscious.
Dr. Wahdan added that the full recovery period is two weeks after the operation to return to normal life and daily activities.
